CHIMANIMANI NATIONAL RESERVE
The Chimanimani National Reserve was created in 2003 and borders the Zimbabwé. O Mozambique side, occupies an area of ​​1756 km2 and its landscape is characterized by high species endemism and rich populations of wild animals and birds. Some of his large landscapes are mountains and foot hills parallel to the mountains, plains and valleys and rivers with numerous waterfalls. Also in the area of Mozambique is Binga Mountain, the highest point in Mozambique where it is located, the 'Mountains of the Spirits', sacred to the local populations.
